Many couples ask themselves how much a wedding really costs. The answer: It depends very much on what you want from the location, floristry, decorations and the overall guest experience. On this page I give you an honest orientation - for weddings with a wedding budget of €40,000 or more.
Of course, there are weddings that cost between €20,000 and €40,000. However, this budget usually leaves little room for individual concepts, attractive decorations or exclusive service providers. But these are precisely the areas in which I make the difference as a wedding planner.
That's why I start my work where quality, aesthetics and high standards are required: from €40,000 - expected around 80 guests. If the number of guests is significantly lower, a lower overall budget may also make sense.
The following budget levels relate to Weddings with approx. 80 guests. With significantly larger or smaller numbers of guests, the costs will shift accordingly - the examples are therefore intended as a guide.
Stylish weddings with upscale locations are possible with a budget starting at €40,000. You can count on tasteful decorations that set individual highlights and catering that will delight your guests.
The wedding already has a high-quality look, but remains deliberately minimalist in order to utilise the budget in a targeted manner.
From €60,000, a wedding can be significantly more individualised. In addition to a high-quality basic concept, you can add special touches - such as a videographer, unusual floristry elements or a more exclusive menu.
Everything appears well thought out, harmonious and stylish - without being wasteful. The budget is consciously prioritised in order to harmoniously combine quality and atmosphere.
From €80,000, there are significantly more options. In addition to a larger or more exclusive location, you can opt for a consistent design concept that extends from the wedding ceremony to the dinner. Lavish floristry, entertainment such as live music or show acts and a multi-course premium menu are standard here.
These weddings look much more opulent without being overloaded.
With a budget starting at €100,000, we are in the luxury sector. Exclusive castles, resorts or private villas provide the perfect setting. Floristry and decoration are staged on a large scale, the guest experience extends over several days - from the welcome dinner to brunch the next morning.
The result is not just a party, but an overall experience that your guests will never forget.

From a certain budget, special service providers come into play: top photographers, videographers, exceptional musicians or even illustrators. They give the celebration a personalised touch and make it unmistakable.

Fireworks, extraordinary live acts, a helicopter flight or a wedding weekend lasting several days - such extras are only realistic from a certain budget and make the celebration unforgettable.
Location, floristry, decoration, catering, entertainment and all other services - always tailored to the number of guests and your requirements. Wedding dress, suit, other outfits and rings as well as overnight stays are of course not included in the budget.
