As soon as you have decided that I am the right person for your journey to your dream wedding, your personalised planning phase begins. In addition to regular meetings and coordination appointments, it will be an unforgettable and unique planning time for you and you will benefit fully from all the advantages of working with me as your wedding planner.
Important note: The rough schedule shown here is formulated as an example. It all depends on how far away your wedding date is and how much time we have.
This will be our most comprehensive meeting, in which we will mainly talk about your location wishes and the budget plan. We'll also revisit and update the latter in all subsequent meetings. We will record your wishes and priorities together and write an initial rough plan for the day, which we will refine step by step during the planning period. We will also discuss the topic of stationery (save-the-date / invitation cards) and talk about the most important service providers for you. Finally, I'll give you some homework to do, the results of which we'll need for the next planning meeting.
In this second planning meeting, we will discuss the decoration, colour and flower concept. The aim here is to create an initial picture of your wedding and we will develop a joint mood board. We will also talk about other important service providers that we need for the optimal realisation of your wishes and discuss further details. We refine your day plan and update your budget plan. Depending on the progress made, we will also talk about your wedding cake.
We are already a big step closer to your dream wedding and are already in the details in this step. Here we talk about the final details, the remaining stationery, the last service providers, your almost finalised day plan and update your budget plan again.
This planning meeting is all about your location. Here we discuss food and drinks, all other booked services, the seating and table arrangements and a plan B. This meeting usually takes place at the venue. All other details about the day's schedule on site and the set-up and dismantling will also be clarified on this day.
Of course, there will be further planning meetings depending on the status of the wedding planning and the level of detail - you don't have to worry here! I will take time for you and your wishes and will of course be available for you by e-mail and telephone. We will think of everything and bring your concept to life! At the very end, we will talk about your wedding day in detail and ensure successful logistics and communication between the service providers.
