For all those who prefer celebrating to organising.
An absolute must for any wedding celebration where you and your guests should be able to fully enjoy your special day. Again, I can only say from my own experience: involving friends and family can be fine to a certain extent, but can very quickly turn around and ruin the actually relaxed and beautiful atmosphere of a wedding for those involved. In the worst case scenario, this can lead to negative associations with your day.
If you're not convinced yet, then do it now at the latest, because I promise you: there is a very high probability that there will be some unexpected complications, problems or questions. Either from service providers, from the location or from guests that will inconvenience you or your loved ones. You or someone else will inevitably have to take care of it, which will unfortunately add a stressful, uncertain and tense touch to your special day.
And now we come to the last point: you have either had your wedding planned or planned it yourself and want to not only be the protagonists on your day, but also finally feel and fully enjoy the long efforts? But that means: you should hand over all the things that need to be done just before the wedding or on the day of your wedding to a third person who will then familiarise themselves with your wedding day and make sure that everything works as planned.
And as I said in the previous section: this is not necessarily always guaranteed, as there will always be questions or uncertainties. So wouldn't it be ideal if someone not only knew and internalised your plan, but was also able - with the help of their experience - to intervene, answer any questions and take the pressure off you and your guests throughout? So that it can be your dream day without negative vibes from your family and friends?
The solution: Wedding Day Manager. I take care of everything just before and during the wedding, keep an eye on your day plan - which we have worked out together - and am the number one contact person for you, your guests and all service providers. I am also very happy to be your wingwoman, taking care of the final preparations on site, such as the final check of the seating plan, the distribution of place cards, guest gifts, menu cards and wedding booklets, setting up the seating plan, welcome sign and other details, checking the technology, briefing the arriving service providers and much more. And if anything should get to you on the day of the wedding: just give me a call and hand it over to me. I want you to enjoy your day and experience it stress- and worry-free!
As soon as you have decided that I am the right person to accompany you on your wedding day, I will start the personalised preparation for your day. This includes a detailed preliminary discussion about your wedding celebration, the development of a perfect day plan together with you and the organisation, coordination and support on your wedding day. You will not only benefit from my experience as a wedding planner at several weddings, but also from several other advantages of working with me as your wedding day manager.
